Beef mince with fenugreek leaves/methi keema

It's has always been with me creating and trying new recipes.Necessity is the mother of invention as and with family members who would not eat methi bhaji on its own. So here I have used fresh methi leaves to make this dish, you can clean, chop, and store the methi leaves beforehand so that they come in handy while cooking this recipe. Used Some yogurt, sweet peas, the most fabulous my homemade garam masala and the brightness from cilantro and chilies make this dish one that sells me on beef keema.

👉250 gms beef mince(10% fat)

👉1 bunch methi/fenugreek leaves

👉1 big onion chopped

👉1 tbsp yogurt

👉1tbsp ginger garlic paste

👉1 lime

👉1/4 cup frozen peas

👉1 long green pepper chilli

👉2 green chillies slited

👉1/2 tsp turmeric powder

👉1/2 tsp red chilli powder

👉1/2 tsp cumin powder

👉1/2 tsp Garam masala

👉1 tsp coriander powder

👉1 tbsp oil

👉Salt to taste

👉Few Fresh coriander leaves

👉Heat up a pot on a high heat add in oil chopped onion, green chillies and turmeric powder sauté for while than add ginger garlic paste sauté well

👉On a low heat Now add the yogurt and mix it well....keep stirring on low heat coz if the heat is high it will curdle up and also with yogurt it adds up nice creamy texture to the keema.

👉Now add the beef mince mix it all up together add cumin powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder combine everything together with salt to taste. Now add the frozen peas and mix well.

👉Cover it and let it cook on a medium heat for 10 minutes.

👉After that add the washed chopped methi leaves and coriander leaves cover and cook again for 5 minutes

👉Last add Garam masala and a juice of a small lime and your methi kheema is ready to eat.

👉Taste delicious with chapatis, bread or parathas
