A VERY GOOD RECIPE IF CHILDREN DONT LIKE DICED CARROTS IN THE PULAO THAN JUST SHRED IT

Ingredients:
>1 cup shredded carrot
>2 cups basmati rice (soaked for 15mins)
>1 chopped onion
>2 tbsp oil
>2 Maggie cubes
>4 cups of water

*Soak 2 cups of basmati rice in water
*Heat up a pot add in 2 tbsp oil add in chopped onion sauce for 2 mins till translucent.
*Add the shredded carrot to the onion give it good stir for 3 mins on medium heat.

*Then add 4 cups of water to the pot bring to boil as the water is boiling add two Maggie cubes stir it
*Add the soaked basmati rice cover it heat it up on low medium fire...let it cook for 15 mins till d water is absorbed by the rice completely....serve hot with mango pickle or tangy chutney
