Chicken Gizzard and liver chilly fry

The dish is enjoyed by my family so just taught of sharing my recipe, do give it a try,goes well with rice,bread and chapati

Ingredients:

👉1/2 kg mix chicken Gizzard and liver(wash and cut the gizzard and liver into halves)

👉1 large onion

👉1 medium tomato

👉5 cloves of garlic(finely chopped)

👉1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

👉4 slited Green chillies

👉1/2 tsp Red chilly powder

👉1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

👉1 tsp Cumin powder

👉1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

👉1 tsp Coriander powder

👉1 Lime

👉Handful of fresh chopped coriander leaves

👉salt to taste

👉2 tbsp oil


Method:

👉Wash and marinate the chicken mix(liver and gizzard) with salt,ginger garlic paste,1/2 squeeze of lime for 15mins

👉Heat up a pan add 2tbsp oil when hot add in chopped garlic sauté for a while

👉Next add the chopped onion sauté until translucent than add the chopped tomato than add the marinated chicken mix,keep the flame high

👉Than add all the powdered masala that is turmeric,cumin,red chilly,black pepper and coriander powder,keep the flame high and close the lid and let it cook for 5mins.

👉Open the lid and now gently stir coz we don’t want to break the liver,keep the flame on medium and cook for another 5mins.

👉Now add the green chillies,salt to taste and freshly chopped coriander leaves,mix it all up and last squeeze the remains 1/2 of a lemon and it’s ready to serve.
