The Chicken handi

Ingredients
600gms chicken boneless
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
2 medium chopped oinion
4 medium chopped tomato
2 tbsp Ginger garlic
3 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 slit green chillies
3 tbsp cream
Method
*Heat up a frying pan add 1 tbsp oil add ginger garlic paste sauté for 2 mins than add the boneless chicken
*Add in pepper powder and add salt
*sauté on high heat for 5 mins...remove it in a plate and keep aside
*In a pot add 2 tbsp oil add chopped onions sauté for a while till the onions turn golden brown
*Add chopped tomatoes sauté until mushy
On a medium flame add turmeric powder,
red chilli powder,coriander powder
*Add the fried chicken cover it and cook it 5 to 6 mins on low flame
Add the yogurt combine everything together
*Add 1 cup of water mix in nicely
*Add the slited green chillies
*Add in cream...add some water and simmer 2 mins...serve with hot chapatis or parathas
