Ingredients:

👉800 gms potatoes

👉1/2 kg beef mince

👉1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

👉2 tbsp green masala

👉1 Maggie cube

👉1 medium finely chopped onion

👉1 medium finely chopped tomato

👉1 tbsp lime juice

👉1 finely chopped green chilly

👉1 cup semolina

👉1 whisked egg

👉1 tbsp ghee

👉Oil for frying

👉Salt to taste


For the green masala grind to paste

Ingredients:

15 green chillies

10 cloves of garlic

1 1/2 “ginger

1 tsp poppy seeds

1 tsp cumin seeds

15 peppercorns

1 ball of tamrind

12 cloves

1” cinnamon

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar


Method:

👉Wash,Boil,peel and mash the potatoes soft add some salt to it and keep it aside.

👉Heat up a pot add in 1 tbsp oil add chopped onions fry until translucent add chopped tomatoes sauté

👉Add ginger garlic paste add the green masala sauté add the beef mince, add little water if required.

👉Cover and cook it 10 mins or until done...add fresh coriander leaves to it add finely chopped chillies,lime juice,add the Maggie cube...mix it all up...let the mixture be complete dry...turn off the flame

👉When the mixture has cool down..we need to start the filling.

👉Apply some oil on your palm take a small portion of mashed potatoes flatten on your palm put 1 tbsp of mince filling place it in the centre fold in and cover it all over the sides like a ball....form it into a cutlet shape

👉Deep this chop in the whisked egg and than coat it in semolina/rava

👉Heat up a frying pan add 1 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry the chops until golden brown turning both the sides.
