Tuna kababs

Light , bright, and full of flavor —tuna kebabs packed with bold flavors and summer vibes.

Ingredients
👉2 tins of tuna (tuna chunks in water)
👉2 boiled n mashed potatoes
👉1 medium onion finely chopped
👉1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
👉2 green chillies finely chopped
👉1/2 tsp red chilly powder
👉1/2 tsp black pepper powder
👉1/2 tsp turmeric powder
👉1 tsp Garam masala
👉1 tsp coriander powder
👉1 tbsp cornflour
👉1/4 tsp nutmeg grated
👉1 egg
👉Salt to taste
Method:
👉In a bowl add in mashed potatoes,chopped onions,green chillies turmeric powder,red chilly powder,coriander powder,Garam masala
Black pepper powder,fresh coriander leaves and salt ,mix it all together.
👉To this add cornflour,egg yolk,grated nut meg,mix well
👉Now drained water from the tuna as we don’t need it and add the tuna to the mixture above and give it a good mix.
👉Divide the mixture into small portions to form a ball,flatten it,dip it into egg white and roll it into breadcrumbs or semolina
👉Take a pan heat up 2 tbsp oil shallow fry for 5 mins on medium flame turning both the sides
👉Serve hot as appetiser or as a snack
