Mushrooms and beans sprouts curry

Where earthy mushrooms meet crunchy sprouts and golden roasted coconut — a bowl of pure comfort. Do try this recipe Sprouts, shrooms, and coconut magic. 🌱🥥

Ingredients:
👉 200gms bean sprouts
👉250gms mushrooms
👉 1 medium chopped onion
👉1 large sliced tomato
👉A pinch of Asafoetida
👉1/2 tsp mustard seeds
👉2 tbsp coconut oil
👉 2 slited green chilli
👉 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
In a frying pan dry roast 1/2 cup grated coconut
1 medium sliced onion
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 "chopped ginger
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
👉Grind to paste with little water the above dry roasted ingredients
Wash and set aside the sprouts and mushrooms.
👉Take a pot on a high heat add in 2 tbsp oil add mustard seeds and asafoetida let it splatter.
Now add chopped onions saute for a minute add in chopped tomatoes stir it than add the ground paste to it sauté for 2 mins then add 1/2 cup of water make the flame on medium cover it and give it a boil, add salt to taste
Now add in sprouts and the chopped into half mushrooms with water mix
It all up well, cover it and let it cook for 7 to 8 mins on low heat,
Last add the tamarind pulp and slited green chillies.
The curry is ready to serve,you can have it with
bread, chapatis, rotis or with rice
