Prawn croquettes

Golden, creamy, and packed with fresh prawns — my take on prawn croquettes. A blend of butter, cream, garlic, and a touch of pepper for that perfect bite.

Ingredients:
👉100gms fresh prawns
👉1 large onion
👉3 cloves of garlic
👉1 tbsp Butter
👉1 tbsp Cream
👉1 tbsp plain flour
👉1 medium potato boiled and mashed
👉1/2 tsp black pepper powder
👉Salt to taste
Method:
👉In pan add the butter when hot add in chopped garlic and chopped onions sauté it translucent then add in chopped prawns add black pepper powder mix it all up.
👉Now add in plain flour mix it up then add the cream add salt to taste let it cool down.than add this mix to a grinder (not too fine) remove it
👉Than add the mashed potato mix it all up than form small croquettes dip it in whisked egg and than in breadcrumbs or semolina and shallow fry them with oil,flipping on both the sides.
👉Crispy outside, melt-in-your-mouth inside 🦐
My twist on prawn croquettes — pure comfort in every bite!
