Fish caldine is deliciously creamy and aromatic curry,It is a mildly spiced preparation,made with few spices and freshly extracted coconut milk.
I mostly like it with steamed rice. Do give it a try to this creamy fish curry recipe.

Ingredients:
๐2 golden pomfrets(washed,cut into pieces)
๐8 medium prawns(washed,cleaned,seasoned with salt)
๐1 medium onion chopped fine
๐1 medium tomato chopped fine
๐2 green chillies slited
๐1 coconut(ground and than strained the milk) thick milk and thin milk(grind after straining the thick milk)
๐1 tbsp oil
๐salt to taste
Grind to paste:
๐2 tbsp coriander seeds
๐1 tsp rice
๐1 cup fresh coriander leaves
๐1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
๐1 tsp poppy seeds
๐10 cloves
๐1/2 tsp pepper corns
๐1 tbsp garlic
๐1 โ Ginger
๐1 lime size Tamrind ball
๐4 green chillies
๐1 tsp turmeric
Method:
๐Grind the above ingredients with little water to a paste.keep it aside.
๐Wash ,clean and cut the pomfrets apply salt and little turmeric for the the fish and prawns and it keep aside.
๐Heat up a pot add oil when hot add in chopped onions sautรฉ add in chopped tomatoes sautรฉ for a while.
๐Now add in the ground masala from the blender to the pot and Sautรฉ for 2mins.
๐Now add prawns and gently stir fry
๐Now add the thin extracted coconut milk.
๐Give it a boil add salt to taste cover it and let it simmer for 5 mins now add in the fish.
๐After adding fish cover the pot with the lid and Simmer it for 5 to 7 mins let the mixture combine in the flavours of the aromatic curry.
๐last add the thick coconut milk,keep stirring gently,keep the flame on simmer.
๐Add the slited green chillies before putting of the gas.
๐Do not Cook the fish for a longer time as it will break apart.
