Xinaneao/Mussels Chilly Fry

Ingredients:


•200 gms mussels( cleaned,washed,seasoned with salt)

•2 medium sliced onions

•1 medium sliced tomatoes

•1 tsp ginger garlic paste

•1 tbsp Recheado masala

•2 Green chilly slited

•2 tbsp oil


Method

*In a pan on a medium heat

Add 2 tbsp oil

*Add the sliced oinion fry until translucent

*Add ginger garlic paste sauté for a while till the raw smells of ginger garlic goes.

*Add chopped tomatoes fry until mushy

*Add the mussels fry for 3 min.coat all the mussels with the chilly fry.

*Add Recheado masala to the pan mix in everything together cover it and cook it on a low flame For more 3 mins.

*Open the lid and add some salt to taste at last add slited green chilles and the delicious chilly fry is ready.

*serve with hot steamed rice and dal
